We are located in the Bovingdon of the most picturesque part of Hemel Hempstead. Our office in the old town is no longer available.
Our aim is to combine and integrate the principles of conventional and complementary medicine and clinical therapeutic practice.
We provide services to our local community, our main catchment area is Hemel Hempstead, Bovingdon, Berkhamstead, Chesham, Rickmansworth, Tring, Watford, Kings Langley and Abbots Langley, Redbourn, Harpenden and St Albans.
We provide bespoke Counselling, Psychotherapy and Complementary Therapy, alongside Phsyiotherapy. A multi-disciplined team working together.
We work with a number of associates to deliver a bespoke service for our clients and patients. Our team has grown to enable us to also work with local authorities, outside agencies, NHS and Public Services.
We offer a very personal touch, small support groups and training classes. We offer a safe, private, comfortable and confidential setting which enables you and your therapist to bond. A therapeutic relationship is key to your progress. We are passionate about what we do and our team are all highly trained in their chosen work. We have built our business mainly by word of mouth and have demonstrated our professionalism to our existing clients time and time again. Your satisfaction is our aim. We look at the person’s individual needs and goals and work with them.
Our Therapies are carried out by fully qualified therapists who have been trained to ITEC level and we strongly believe in continued development so we are constantly updating our therapies. We work in a very holistic way in both counselling a therapies to give you an all round service. In fact our client feedback says that we work in a safe and comfortable environment which helps clients reach their full potential.

We have a number of volunteer counsellors that give us an opportunity to work with people on low incomes and those on benefits.
