At the centre we can offer low cost counselling so you may have a way of accessing counselling and psychotherapy through this system.  If you are on low incomes or benefits there is a way of receiving therapy. Concessions for counselling students and also children apply.

In our team we have students on placement and some of our counsellors and psychotherapists are undergoing post graduate courses to update and extend their learning. We are genuinely interested in supporting you while you may experience issues or worries that you may be have. We can support you through a difficult times for instance bereavement and loss.

We can offer a confidential and safe environment for you to explore your feelings, during these times our counsellors will support you during this process. We offer long and short term therapy. Our students are supervised by experienced supervisors who ensure the students are working in an ethical and safe way.

We have CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) at reduced rate to enable you to do more short term work.

All of this at a price you can afford.
