No matter what level you are in painting/art really does not matter and you are made to feel at ease and encouragement is given on your Masterpiece and share some valuable feedback from others in group, will be going again we even put forward ideas for next painting session.
New workshops and courses for 2019
March 10th Sunday sound healing & meditation
Hosted by Bodhi Aspirations will be hosting a monthly group.
Experience a relaxing guided meditation followed by a sound bath in which you can deeply rest in the vibrations of various meditative, therapeutic and sacred sounds. These sounds can include gongs, singing bowls, reiki drumming and more.
You will need to bring:
pillow or cushion and
We do have spare yoga mats. Please let us know if you require one.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that we can start at 11am promptly. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun.

If you’ve answered “yes” to any of the above then Mindfulness classes are for you.
Mindfulness based stress reduction MBSR
This evidenced based 8 week stress reduction programme is increasingly popular for stress management and its close cousin the MBCT is recommended by NICE for treatment of anxiety and depression.
We live in a busy, fast paced world, which can, at times, feel pressured or overwhelming.
This 8 week course guides you through the principles of mindfulness and teaches you stress reduction tools and techniques that you can take forward into the next phase of your lives.
Held over 8 consecutive evenings, this course is suitable for people who have little or no current mindfulness or meditation practise as well as those more experienced looking to support their current practise. Participants must commit to the whole course.
Applicants will be given an informal free telephone assessment session to help determine suitability at this time, and to answer any of your questions.
Group sizes will be no larger than 10, if you are concerned about being in a group, we can discuss this, as there are many benefits to attending as part of a group process. Alternatively, one to one 8 week courses are available on request in instances of sever social anxiety. Tania is also available for individual counselling or CBT sessions.
Tania Brocklehurst MBACP, is a senior accredited BACP counsellor and supervisor , CBT therapist and has attended teacher training in mindfulness with Bangor University.
MBSR: New date is being put in the dairy so we are taking names now as places will be limited.
