Meet The Team

Currently work is done working remotely as we are unable to use an offices space on a permanent basis. The team are all working remotely. Helen does have use of rooms in the local area of Loudwater near to Kings Langley. Helen can also refer you onto a trusted therapist if she is unable to help you.

As an EAP provider Helen offer workplace counselling to business who find they need assistance after a sudden death or a major incident. The service is provided for any employees who are have some difficulties. Mainly working in bereavement and suicide postvention services.

Helen offers therapy with adults who feel they may be experiencing difficulties in life, work or with a partner maybe. Helen specialises in bereavement counselling, Helen is registered with the NCS and follows the ethical framework set out by them.

Therapy is time you can talk about the things that maybe you even think are not worth talking about, difficulties shared between you and your counsellor can help you to look at what has brought you to want to talk to us. This could very well include discussing life events, from the past and what’s going on right now. We can look at your emotions, your feelings, your relationships, the way you think and those sometimes unwanted patterns of behaviour. We can look at ways of coping and also help you with your road to recovery. We offer both short term and long term support.
