At the centre we can offer low cost counselling so you may have a way of accessing counselling and psychotherapy through this system.  If you are on low incomes or benefits there is a way of receiving therapy. Concessions for counselling students and also children apply.

In our team we have some of our counsellors and psychotherapists who are undergoing post graduate courses to update and extend their learning. At times we can offer low cost work as the post graduate courses require case study evidence, of course we do not disclose your name when using this material or very personal details about you.

We are genuinely interested in supporting you while you may experience issues or worries that you may be have. We can support you through a difficult times for instance bereavement and loss.

We can offer a confidential and safe environment for you to explore your feelings, during these times our counsellors will support you during this process. We offer long and short term therapy. Our counsellors are all supervised by experienced supervisors who ensure the high standard of work and are working in an ethical and safe way.

All of this at a price you can afford.
