Body Psychotherapy sessions include a range of skills designed to help integrate body and mind, which often split as a result of trauma. This includes traditional talking sessions with a body centred awareness, as well as techniques more niche to the discipline including movement based expression, mindfulness techniques, and Biodynamic Massage. The therapy is suitable for clients who wish to work through experiences from the past which are affecting their relationships and wellbeing in the present. It is suitable for those who suffer with anxiety, grief, a disconnection with emotions, and for those who are stuck in cycles of self-sabotage.

All sessions are confidential and tailored to your individual needs. The first session is a consultation to decide if Body Psychotherapy is suitable for you.

Body Psychotherapy sessions are weekly and last for 1 hour.
