Tania has over 20 years experience working in mental health, from children in care, to the elderly with dementia, school settings to palliative care.

Having managed a counselling service for 10 years in a local healthcare organisation, Tania has vast experience assessing, managing, and working directly with children and adults therapeutically with everything from mild anxiety to safeguarding and in between.

As an integrative counsellor working with a person centred approach and a clinical supervisor of other counsellors, Tania uses a combination of approaches to work with each individual to help them fulfil their own potential and through any issues that may be preventing them from doing so.

Qualified in CBT, and a teacher trainer in mindfulness, Tania is now in the final year of a Masters in Child, Adolescant and Family therapy. This also leads to qualification as a UKCP child psychotherapist and incorporates an Advanced Diploma in Sand Play Therapy.

Tania is passionate about Counselling and therapy and the difference it can make to people experience difficulty, regarding it as a vocation rather than simply a job.
